5,200 fried Louisiana oysters + 340 feet of Leidenheimer bread = One DELICIOUS Po-Boy!
Watch as several restaurants build their own section of this colossal Po-Boy in their own unique way. The ceremonial cut will take place at 1:00 PM.
On your marks. Get set. Shuck!
Cheer for your favorite New Orleans oyster shuckers as they race through the French Quarter shucking oysters like they've never been shucked before! The race begins at P&J Oysters (corner of Rampart and Toulouse) at 12:00 PM and finishes at New Orleans Musical Legends Park (311 Bourbon Street).

Can the reigning Oyster King, Chef Fireman Mike, ever be beaten? You'll have to come on down to the Louisiana Oyster Jubilee to find out. Celebrities on stage at 2:30 PM.
